Welcome to NetNomads, a living, breathing community born from a vision to redefine how we connect, grow, and do business together. This has been a many-year journey – one of building, breaking apart, and rebuilding again – with the seed of the vision arriving around 2020.

For me, NetNomads is not just a platform or a website. It’s a philosophy – a social marketplace for heart-centred people, designed to put people first. What you see today is the result of countless cycles of creation and surrender, guided by an unwavering intention: to create a home for personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Where business becomes a natural expression of love in action.

The Vision: Dancing with Masculine and Feminine Energy

Building NetNomads has been one of the greatest lessons in learning to dance between the masculine and feminine energies.

In the early stages, I leaned heavily into the masculine – structuring, organizing, and getting the technical framework in place. But soon, the process itself started whispering to me: “Let go. Create space for something new to come through.”

That’s when the feminine began to lead – dissolving what was too rigid, inviting flow, intuition, and trust back into the weave. This dance of building and unbuilding has been a continuous rhythm since the very beginning – and it still is.

A major turning point came when I met Norma Foster, whose Business By Heart© signature programme aligned so beautifully with the NetNomads ethos. Together with my husband, Marcel, we spent many hours immersed in deep conversation – surrounded by colourful post-it notes capturing insights, patterns, and emerging possibilities – gently dismantling everything and reimagining how it could all fit together.

I often joke that I’m the webmaster, like a spider weaving an intricate web of connection and purpose. Having collaborators like Norma, who understand that weaving process and bring clarity and strategic insight, is been such a joy.

The Ethos: Business is Completely Personal

At its heart, NetNomads is about doing business through our hearts.

We’ve flipped the old saying, “It’s not personal, it’s business,” completely on its head — because here, business is deeply personal.

We believe that people come first, and business flows naturally from authentic connection. Unlike platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook, where personal and professional often feel separate or restricted, NetNomads was designed as a safe space to show up fully as ourselves.

We get to know each other – truly – by feeling each other’s resonance before we ever think about “doing business.” That authenticity is what makes our community sparkle.

Our Spaces for Connection

We nurture these real connections through heart-centered gatherings, such as:

• Our Beloved NetNomads Book Club, lovingly held by Norma – a place for inspiration, reflection, and shared wisdom.
• QB Collab Morning Meditation Group – a sacred circle that meets every morning to meditate together, and on Sundays we enjoy openhearted “bed hair & pjs” chats. There’s no pressure. Just the invitation to show up as you are, even for five minutes, and share presence. As we often remind ourselves: no need to control, just let it go.
• Resource Library – sharing tools and resources that have helped us in our journeys

Once we’ve felt each other’s hearts, the Marketplace becomes a natural next step. A place to share our products, services, and creations with ease and joy, without the ickiness often associated with “selling.”

We soft-launched our Community with the Quantum Beings Collab meditation group; a natural fit since everyone there already understood radical self-responsibility and the deep work of transformation.

The Sparkle Foundation: Inner Work and Abundance

The word Sparkle is at the core of everything I do. My greatest joy is seeing people sparkle – doing what they came here to do, shining in their own unique way.

That’s why the first foundational course in NetNomads is “Get Your Sparkle On” (mini-course)” – a light-hearted yet powerful introduction to inner work and personal growth.

As Norma described our mini course, “It’s delicious – light, fun, and meaningful.” Whether you’re new to inner work or revisiting old truths, it’s a beautiful starting point to reconnect with your light.

Programs for Authentic Entrepreneurial Growth

NetNomads is more than a community; it’s a whole ecosystem for growth, offering a holistic path of realization through three core programs:

• Cosmic Casquillionaires: a five-month Abundance Embodiment Practice that expands our relationship with wealth, worth, and receiving. It’s about opening our hearts to abundance and learning to gift and receive with ease. We begin in December – aligning with the gifting season – to celebrate the flow of giving and receiving.
• Born to Sparkle (coming in 2026): our eight-week guided journey to bring your business online in a way that feels true to you. This program helps you express your essence clearly and authentically, so others can find and connect with your unique gift.
• NetNomads Community: our shared home base, where we socialize, support, and promote our sparkling creations with one another.

Integrity and Trust: An Invitation-Only Community

In a world increasingly driven by algorithms and automation, we hold a very different frequency.

NetNomads is invitation-only.

Every person who joins comes through a personal introduction or a heartfelt conversation, ensuring resonance, trust, and genuine connection. It’s not about exclusivity — it’s about integrity and alignment. We want everyone here to feel seen, valued, and supported.

Navigating the Platform

The NetNomads platform has two main areas: the Public Space and the Private Space.

The Public Space

Here you’ll find:

• The Marketplace, which uses a “Go Direct” model: listings link straight to each collaborator’s website or landing page. We take no commission; all transactions happen directly between cocreators.
• The Public Blog, which shares insightful articles from collaborators and catalysts, as well as video recordings from our bi-monthly Zoom gatherings – the first and third Tuesday of each month. Each video is lovingly transcribed into a written article for easy access and reflection.

The Private Space

This is where our cocreators gather, collaborate, and co-create.

• The Resource Library – a treasure chest of articles, videos, and shared inspirations. Every topic includes a short personal reflection – why it mattered, what it sparked – because we value meaning over mere content and it helps others get to know us a little better.
• Community Groups – including our Welcome Cocreators group, where I share Sunday updates, and our Governance Group, where every cocreator has a voice in how our community evolves. Transparency and collaboration are key – even our annual financials are shared with our Collaborators.

Engagement Tiers

We’ve kept things beautifully simple:

• Crew – Victoria, Marcel and Norma.
• Collaborators – those who contribute their time, energy, or financial support to help the vision grow.
• Cocreators – everyone who joins our community with their free account for access to more resources and support.
• Curious – everyone who visits our website, but have not had their free account created yet.

Together, we are creating a living, breathing ecosystem – a hive of bees and a flock of birds – moving in harmony, guided by love, and sparkling in our shared purpose. To co-create the world we actually want to live in!

Contributing to the Vision

To help sustain and evolve our platform, we invite small contributions – energetic exchanges that keep our shared creation flowing.

Every contribution – whether in time, energy, or financial support – is a thread in our web. It helps us keep weaving, upgrading, and expanding what’s possible for everyone. In January, we share the annual financial statement with all our Collaborators in our NetNomads Governance group, along with plans for maintenance and development for collective feedback.
